Return & Refund Policy

At Ramami, your satisfaction matters to us. If a product doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer a simple and transparent return, refund, and exchange process. Please read the policy below carefully.


1. Return Eligibility

You are eligible for a return if:

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories are intact

  • The return request is raised within [X DAYS] of delivery

  • Valid proof of purchase (order ID / invoice) is provided

Products showing signs of use, damage, or tampering may not be accepted for return.


2. Return Timeframe

  • Return or exchange requests must be initiated within [X DAYS] from the date of delivery

  • Once approved, return instructions will be shared with you

  • Returned products must be shipped back within the timeframe communicated to you

Late requests may not be eligible for return or refund.


3. Refund Process & Timing (Prepaid Orders)

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within [REFUND PROCESSING TIME]

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited back to the original payment method

Please note: Banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.


4. Refund Process for COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders

For COD orders, refunds are handled as follows:

  • COD refunds are not processed in cash

  • Once your return is approved, you will be asked to share your bank account / UPI details

  • The refund will be transferred to the provided account within [REFUND PROCESSING TIME]

Failure to share correct bank details may result in delays.


5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available for eligible items, subject to stock availability

  • Only one exchange per order is allowed

If the replacement item is unavailable, we may offer:

  • A refund

  • Store credit

  • An alternative product of equal value


6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable

  • Gift cards or vouchers

  • Personal care or hygiene products (if applicable)

  • Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling


8. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Ramami will bear the return shipping cost

  • For all other returns, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
